LAST <.TILL AND TESTAMENT
I,S.C.CP.LD~L,of the Borough of Burgettstown,County of T'!ash-
ington,and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and disposing
memory,do make,publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and m&king void any and all wills by me heretofore
made.
I
I direct that ~r Executor,hereinafter n2med,shall as soon as
convenient following my death pay all my just debts,funeral expenses and
the costs of administering ~T estate.
II
I give and bequeath to the surviving children of my vdfe Louella
Caldwell,all her personal belonging~,and.all pictures of her family and
gifts made to her by her children in her lifetime,to be divided among them
as my hereinafter name,::;Executor shall direct.
III
All the rest and residue of my ~roperty,real,personal and mixed,
I direct to be conveyed into cash by my hereinafter named Executor as soon
following my death as in his judgment is advisable,and I give,devise and
bequeath the S2me as follows:
a.To my sister Nannie McCracken,for~T (40)per cent thereof;
b.To the children of my deceased brother Frank,twen~(20)per
cent thereof;
c.To the children of my deceased brother John,t~enty (20)per
cent thereof;
d.To Guy Rebok,twenty (20)per cent thereof.

I hereby authorize my hereinafter named Executor to sell all my
real estate &nd to give a good and sufficient 'eed or ueeds to the purch&ser
or purchasers thereof to the same extent that I could do if living.
