LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
I,MAISIE B.CAROTHERS,of the City of Washington,County of
Washington and State of Pennsylvania,do make and pUblish this my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied as soon after my decease as conveniently
may be done.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I
give,devise and bequeath unto my son,Charles Edward Carothers,Jr.,
of Washington,Pennsylvania.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint Charles Edward
Carothers,Jr.,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament;
hereby authorizing and empowering him to sell any or all real
estate of which I may die seized,at either ublic or private
sale,and to execute and deliver proper deeds of conveyance to
the purchaser or purchasers thereof,the same as I could do if
liJting.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal,
