LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EVA L.HARSH.
I,Eva L.Harsh,of the City of Washington,Pennsyl-
.vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare this my last will and testament,hereby
revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time here
tofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECOND:I bequeath the sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3000.00)unto the Board of National Missions of the Presbyter-
ian Church in the United States of America,as a memorial to my
brother,Jonathan Franklin Lindley.
THIRD:I bequeath unto The Citizens National Bank of
Was bington,the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00),in trust,
for the use and benefit of Bethel Presbyterian Church in South
Franklin Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,the income
of said fund to be paid annually to the trustees of said church,
and to be used by them for the upkeep of the church building.
Should this partiCular church at any time unite with any other
church,then this bequest is to follow the merger.
FOURTH:I bequeath unto The Citizens National Bank
of Washington,the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00),in
trust,for the use and benefit of The Central Presbyterian Church
of Washington;the income of said fund to be paid annually to
the trustees of said church,to be used by them toward payment
of the Pastor's salary.Should this particular church at any
time unite with any other church,then this bequest is to follow
the merger.

FIFTH:I bequeath unto The Citizens National Bank
of Washington,the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),in
trust;the income from said trust fund to be used in the perpet-
ual care'and maintenance of the burial vault of my father,H.B.
Lindley,situate in the cemetery of Bethel Church in South Frank-
lin Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.It is my desire
that the expenditure of said income be under the advice and con-
sultation of my grand-nephew,Herbert Gibson Lindley,so long as
he lives,and after his death,said trustee Shall,in the expendi
ture of said income,consult with and seek and heed the advice
of such children or descendants of my said nephew who express a
Willingness to aid in taking care of said burial vault.
SIXTH:I bequeath unto Ralph E.Woodburn,the sum of
Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00).
SEVENTH:I bequeath unto George K.Harsh,the sum of
Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00).
EIGHTH:I bequeath unto Vida Harsh,the sum of One
Thousand Dollars ($1000.00).
NINTH:I bequeath unto Cora M.Riggs,the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00).
TENTH:I bequeath unto Delilah E.Paul,the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00).
ELEVENTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,de-
vise and bequeath unto my adopted daughter,Elizabeth D.Woodburn
TWELFTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,
Ralph E.Woodburn,executor of this my last will and testament,
and Parkinson &!arkinson,attorneys for my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I hereunto set my hand and seal
this 9th day of January,1946.
