being of sound 'mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First,I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give and devise to my son,MARTIN BONCAROSKY,and
his heirs in fee simple,my house and lot located at street No.
427 Isabella Avenue,North Charleroi,Pennsylvania,but I charge
the same with the payment by my said son,his heirs,devisees,
executors,administrator's and assigns,with the following charges:
(a)To my son,DEm~IS BONCAROSKY,the sum of $1,000.00,
(b)To my daughter,ELIZABETH BONCAROm<y,~he s~m of $800.00,
(c)To my son,STEPHEN BONCAROSKY,the sum of $200.00,
which payments shall be made within one year from the date of
my death.
Third.I give and devise to my daughter,Kathryn Kizakevich,
and her heirs in fee simple,my house ~nd lot located at Street
No.627 Conrad Avenue,North Charleroi,Pennsylvania,but
I charge the same with the payment by made said daughter,her
heirs,devisees,executors,administrators and assigns,with
the following charge:
(a)To my da~ghter,ELIZABETH BONCAROSKY,the sum of $500.00,

death.
Fourth.I give and bequeath to my daughter,ELIZABETH
BONCAROSKY,one of my bonds of $1,000.00,of Forty Wall Street
Corporation,together with all coupans attached.

one of my bonds of $1,000.00,of Forty Wall Street Corporation,
together with all coupons attached.
Sixth.I give and bequeath to my daughter,KATHRYN KIZAKEVICH,
my articles of household,personal and domestic use.
Seventh.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath absolutely to my two daughters,ELIZABETH
