County and state of Pennsylvania,do make and pUblish this ror my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all
.rormer Wills at any time heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expense~
together with the expense of settlement of my estate which is
to include and state or transfer tax,be paid as soon as conve-
nient after my death.
Second.As to all the rest,remainder and residue of my
estate,real,personal and mixed property,of which I shall die
seized and possessed or entitled to at the time of my decease,
I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares to my wife,Corrina
conkle,and my four children,Olive B.Redd,Wilber conkle,
Henry w.conkle and Cora E.conkle,share and share alike.
Lastly.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
Wilbert conkle,the executor of this my last ill and Testament.
