CROSS CREEK TOWNSHIP County of WASHINGTON
and State of PENNSYLVANIA.being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid andsatisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second;-I giTe ,bequeath and demise'all of my Re~l and Personal
property that I own at the time of my decease as follows the one half
undivided share residue of same to my wife M&ry ~runer,and one half
undevided share of residue to my children that may be liTing at the
time of my decease,their share to be cared for by the proper guardian
that the Orphans Court may appoint until1 they each attain the age of
21 years.
