vania,being of sound and di,posing mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me at any time hereto~ore made.
Arter the payment or all my just debts and funeral expenses
have been paid I direct that my estate,real,personal or mixed,
of whatever nature or kind,and wheresoever the same may be
located at the time of my decease,shall ae divided equally
between the following persons:<4I~IIi"••••-.....~,Andrew
Hoover,brother,Mar~aret H.Faunsworth,sister,John Hoover,
brother,Louise Dickey,sister and William Hoover,brother,or•to the direct heirs of any of them;provided,that in the event
of·the previous death of any of the above named persons "ithout
di~ect heirs,then my estate as above mentioned,shall be divided
equally between the survivors of the above named le~atees,share
and share alike.
I nominate and appoint Andrew Hoover,to be the executor of

any real estate of which I may die seized,giving therefor a
