LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,CHARLES EDWARD CAROTHERS of the City of
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylbania,being of
sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish
.and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby re-
voking and making void all other Wills and Testaments here-
tofore by me at any time made.
FIRST:I order and direct my Executors here-
inafter named to pay all my just debts and funer~l expenses
as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and devise to my beloved wife,
Sara Eugenia Carothers,all my real estate wheresoever the
same may be situate,including the property situate at the
corner of Church Street and Hall Avenue in the City of Wash-
ington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I hereby direct that after the payment
of all of my debts,that the residue of my estate shall be
divided into three equal parts.The first part I give and
devise to my devoted wife,Sara Eugenia Carothers;the sec-
ond part I give and devise unto my beloved daughter,Mary
Carothers Davis;the third part I give and devise unto my
namesake,my dear grandson,Charles E.Carothers Jr.,my
respected daughter-in-law,Maisie B.Caroth~rs and my grand-
daughter Sarah Jane Bougher.

FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my grandson,Charles E.Caroth~rs Jr.,and George I.Bloom,to

be the Exealtors of this my Last Will and Testament,to
serve without bond.
