WILL.
I,CHARLES T.CONKLIN,of Waynesburg County of Greene
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do make and pUblish this my last Will am Testament,
hereby revolting and making void all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST.I dlrect that all my Just debts and funeral ex-
penses be fully pald and satis tied as soon as co nvenlently may be
after my decease by my executors hereinafter named,and that a
monument sUitable to my station and position in life shall be by
them erected to my memory at my burial place.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
Lucy L.Conklin,for and during the period of her natural life or
so long as she shall remain unmarried,all the following described
tracts,pieces or parcels of land,to-wit:
A.All that certain tract,piece or parcel of coal land.
s1tuated 1n Belmont Count,.,Ohio,conta1n1ng one hundred (100)
acres,more or less,together With all minlng rlghts and privilege
as contained and set forth in deed for same to me,said deed being
recorded 1n Belmont County,Ohio.
B.All of my undlvided one-fourth (1/4)interest of,in,
and to that certain tract,plece or parcel of ground sltuated at
No.24 Donnan Avenue,in the borough of Washlrgton,'fashlngton
Count,.,Pennsylvania.
C.All that certain house and lot of ground situated at
No.59!North Richhi11 Street in the Borough of Waynesburg,Greene
County,Pennsylvania,reoently purchased by me and where I "now
reside.
It ls my will and I hereby order and dlrect that the abo e
described three parcels of real estate,shall,upon the death of
my beloved wife,Lucy L.Conklin,or her remarraige,become the
property and estate of my daughter,Blanche C.Smith,absolutely.
THIRD.I further give,devise and bequeath to my beloved
wife,Lucy L.Conk1in,for am.during the peri od of her natural
life,or so long as she remains unmarried,all the oil and gas
royalties,rentals,proceeds and prof!ts of any and all kinds what
soever,der!ved trom or produced 17 the tollowing tract,piece or
parcel of land:
(a)That·certain tract,piece or parcel of land situate
in Center Township,Greene County,Pemsy1vania,containing one
hundred six (106)acres,more or less,and known as the "home farm ;
which said oil am gas royalt ies,rentals,proceeds and profits
herein given,devised and bequeathed to my wife tor lite or until
her remarraige,shall upon the death 01 remarriage 01"my wite,be-
come the property of my daughter,Blanche C.Smith,absolutely_
FOURTH.I also give,devise and bequeath to my beloved
wife,Lucy L.Conklin,for and during the period of her natural
life,or so long as she remains unmarried,one-hgl!(1/2)of all
oil and gas royalties,rentals,proceeds and protits of any
kinds whatsoever,derived from or produced by the tollOWing tract,
piece or parcel of land,to-wit:That certain tract,piece or pare
of land situate in Center Township,Greene County,Pennsylvania,
containing one hundred seven~-five (175)acres,more or less,on
.which my son,Floyd.R.Conklin,now lives,which said one-half (1/)
of said oil and gas royalties,rentals,proceeds and profits,here
by given,devi sed and bequeathed to my wife for life or so long as
she remains unmarried,shall upon the death or remarriage of my
said wife,become the property of my son,Floyd R.Conklin,who no
owns the other one-half'(1/2)of the said oil and gas royalties,
rentals,proceeds and profits underlying the said tract ot land.
FIFTH.All of my personal property,including bank stock
in the Union Deposit and Trust Company of Waynesburg,Pennsylvania,
and stock or deposits in any other bank or trust company,I do
hereby give and bequeath to my beloved wite,Lucy L.Conklin,tor
the period of her natural life or so long as she remains unmarried
atter my death.Allot my said personal property shall,upon the
death or remarriage ot my wite,beoome the property ot my daughter,
Blanohe C.Smith,absolutely.
I do hereby make,oonst1tute and appoint my wi te,Luoy L
Conklin,my daughter,Blanche O.Smith and my son-in-law,Olay C.
