I,James E.Brenton of west Brovffisv111e,Washington County,
:ennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understa.nding,do
ake and declare this,my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
11 former wills and writings in the nature thereof by me at any
ime heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that my executrix,hereinafter named,pay a 1
just debts and funeral expenses,as soon as conveniently may be
fter my decease.
SECOND.I hereby authorize and empower my executrix,herein-
~fter named,to sell any and all of my real estate,and all my per-
~onal property,that may be necessary to be sold in order to pay
y debts,at public or private sale and to make the proper and
ufficient conveyances therefor.
THIRD.All of my property,after the payment of my just·
ebts,funeral expenses and costs of administration,of Whatsoever
ind and wheresoever Situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my
ister,Elizabeth V.Brenton.
FOURTH.I nominate,constitute and appoint my sister
