I,Ella N.Barr,of the Borough of TIcDonald,Hashington
county,Pennsylvania,beinr;of sound mind,memory and understanding
do make and publish this my last will and testament,hereby
revoking and makin~void all fOrTIler wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
?irst:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
e;~penses be paid as soon after my decease as is conveniently
possible.
Second:I [jive,devise and bequeath my farm in Salem
Township,~estmoreland County~Pennsylvania,consisting of eighty
acres,more or less,to my daughter,r1ary rIalters,for and during
the term of her natural life or as long as she shall reside there-
on;upon the death of my said daughter,if she still be occupying
said farnl,I give,devise and bequeath said farm to all my
grandchildren then living,share and share alike;in the event
that my said daughter shall cease to occupy the fann or shall
fail to keep all taxes and assessments paid up on said farm,
within the year in which such taxes are as~essed or assessments'.
