MIDWAY,PENNSYLVANIA
SEPTEMBER 13,1963
I,Edward Ae Dietrich,of the borough of Midway,County of Washington,
State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,cmd considering
the uncertainty of this frail,transitory life,do therefore ordain and
declare this to be my last will and testament.
I order and direct that my executors,hereafter named,pay just
debts and funeral bills as soon as possible.There are no outstanding
bills•••••and none to collect but rent.
I name the following as executors:Leroy Parker and Robert Wilson
of Hickory,Pennsylvania.It is my request and wish that they may not
be required to give any bond or security as such executors.
It is my wish that all my Real and Personal estate be sold at
public or private sale and the proceeds distributed as herein directed.
Commission for the sale shall be paid according to law:
To my daughter,Mrs.Ruth Markwell,twenty-five ($25.00)dollars.
Her last known address is 1136 Roscoe Street,Chicago,Illinois.
To my son,Robert F.Dietrich,68 Hornour Circle,N.W.,Atlanta;
Georgia,one hundred dollars ($100.00).
To my daughter,Marie K.Brant,818 Washington Drive,Pittsburgh 29,
Pennsylvania,one hundred dollars ($100.00).
To my son,John G.Dietrich,%Ji.mmy's Trailer Sales,Ponersville,
Pennsylvania,one hundred dollars ($100.00).Also to my son,John,
one hundred dollars ($100.00)for flowers for the graves in the
cemetery•••••ten dollars ($10.00)each year.
To Doctor Charles Hughey,M.D.,McDonald,Pennsylvania,one hundred
dollars ($100.00).
To the First Baptist Church of Midway,Pennsylvania,one hundred
dollars ($100.00}.
After all the ab0ve expenses have been paid,it is my desire that

California.
