I,Susanna Eaker of the borough of Washington,in the County of
washington and State of Penn~ylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and declare the fol-
lowing as and for my last will and testament,hereby revoking and ma-
king null and void any and all wills by qe at any time heretofore made.
I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses a~d the expense
of settling my estate be fully paid and discharged by my executor here-
1nafter named,as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently
be done.
After the payment of said debts,&0.,all the rest,residue
and relnainder of my estate,real,personal or mixed,and where-ever
situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my husband Samuel Eaker,and
to his heirs and assigns,forever.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my said husband,famuel Eaker,
to be the executor of this my last will and testa~ent.
In witness whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
Eighth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and four.
