I,JACOB HICKMAN,of the Borough of Beallsville,-
.Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and deal are the
following to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife
Ella Sargent Hiokman the one third (1/3)undivided interest
in all my property,real,personal or mixed,after the payment
of all my just debts,inheritance taxes and costs of adminis-
tration of my estate.
SECOND.All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate of whatsoever kind and nature I give,-devise and
bequeath unto my three (3)daUghters Pearl Bryan Sargent,
Viola Mae Killius,and Alfleda Edwards in equal shares.
FIN ALL Y,I hereby nominate,oonstitute and
appoint my daughters Pearl Br~an SarEent,Viola Mae Klllius,
and Alfleda Edwards,or the survivor or survivors of them
