BE IT REMEMBERED that I,ROSARIA D'EMIDIO,of Donora,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for
my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making 'null and void
any and all wills and testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be
situated at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath equal-
ly,share and share alike,to my children,A.J.DeMedio,Albert
DeMedio,Frances DeMedio,Gabriel DeMedio,Antoinette Svrcek and
Leo DeMedio,their heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my son A.J.DeMedio,as
the executor of this my last will and testament.
