I,John B.Collins of the City of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do~hereby make,publish and declare the follow-
ing to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made:
First:direct that my ~xecutors,hereinafter named,pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be conve-
niently done after my decease.
Second:I will and bequeath unto my sister,Nellie Col-
lins Fell,of the City of onongahela,~ashington County,Pennsyl-
vania,the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars in cash;unto
her,my said sister,absolutely.
Third:I wil and bequeath unto my daughter-in-law,Helen
~oore Collins,of the City of onongahela,ashington County,Penn
sylvania,the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars in cash;
unto her,my said daughter-in-law,absolut&ly.
Fourth:I will and bequeath unto the ercer Bible Class
of the First Methodist Cnurc ,of the City of onongahela,Washing
ton County,Pennsylvania,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dol-
lars;unto the said ercer Bible Class absolutely.
Fifth:All of the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
real,personal and mixed,in whatsoever form the same may be and
wheresoever situate,I will,devise and bequeath unto my son,Haro d
J.Collins,absolutely,and to him,his heirs and assigns forever.
Sixth:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son
