FIRST:In my lifetime I have designated my wife,Anna Dekarsk , as beneficiary in all of my life insurance policies and death bene fit certificates of the Polish National Alliance and certificates issued by the Union,for the purpose of having her use said insura ce and benefits for the expenses of my last illness and funeral.I hereby direct my said wife/and if she is not living then I direct the beneficiaries of such life insurance policies abd death benefi certificates to use the proceeds of such life insurance policies and death benefit certificates for the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.After payment of such expenses for illness and funeral,the remainder of the proceeds of said policies and death benefit certificates shall belong to the beneficiary or beneficiaries thereof. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Anna Dekarski her heirs and assigns,one-third (1/3)of my estate,real and personal. THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,,Frances Shema,her heirs and assigns,two-thirds (2/3)of my estate,real and personal.If my daughter should predecease me or die at the same time as I do,then I give,devise and bequeath said two-third (2/3)of my estate to my grandchildren:Walter Shema,Frances Shema,Lorraine Shema,their heirs and assigns,share and share alike.
