-LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ISA J.BURCHINAL,of the City of Washington,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the following as and
for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills
by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executor,hereinafter named,as soon
as possible after my decease.
SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,of whatsoever the same may consist and where-
soever situated,I give,devise and bequeath to my Executor,here-
inafter named,in trust,for the use and benefit of my husband,
Oliver F.Burchinal,and I direct my said Executor to use the
income and so much of the principal thereof as in his discretion
he may deem necessary for the comfortable support and maintenance
of my said husband,and at his death to defray his funeral expense •
THIRD.At the death of my said husband,whatever there
may remain of my estate in the hands of my Executor,it is my will
and I hereby direct that the same shall be divided equally among
the following persons:My cousin,Besse Hughes,of Washington,
Pennsylvania,my cousin,Mary Edna Wilson,of Mount Pleasant
Township,Washington County,pennsylvania,and my friend,Helen
M.Hall,of Washington,Pennsylvania.Should any of my said
residuary legatees die in my lifetime or the lifetime of my said
husband,it is my will that the share of the one so dying shall
go to the survivor or survivors.
FOURTH.It is my will and I hereby authorize and
empower my Executor,hereinafter named,to sell and dispose of
all my real estate of which I may die seized,at such times and
upon such terms and-conditions as to him may seem best for my
said estate,and to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser or
purchasers thereof good and sufficient deed or deeds therefor.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby constitute and appoint my uncle,
Frank R.Baker,of Amwell Township,Washington County,Pennsylvani ,
Executor and Trustee under this my said Will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and .seal
this tenth day of November,A.D.1938.
