County,personally appeared John Huchko who being 'duly sworn says
that Anna Huchko late resident of Calumet Township,Lake County,
Indiana,a citizen of the United States died on the 12th day of
February A.D.1948 at Billings Hospital,Chicago,Illinois,l~av
ing an estate of the estimated value of $l50~OO personalty,and
$550.00 realty,said real estate being located in Carroll Town-
ship,Washington County,PennsYl.vania.
The decedent's legatees and devisees are as follows:
Irene Holloway Daughter 3141 E.Dunes Highway,Gary Indiana.
Anna T.Lupori Daughter Donora,Pennsylvania
Lucy L.Huchko Daughter Nurses Home,West Penn Hospital,Pitts-
burgh,Pennsylvania
John Hucbko Bon Donora Place Plan,Donora,Pennsylvania

Testatrix has not married and no children have been born since
the execution of the will offered for probate.
Petitioner prays that the paper writing filed
herewith dated January 20,1948 may be admitted to probate as the
last Will and Testament of said decedent,and to grant Ancillary
Letters of Administration,C.T.A.thereon to John Huehko whose
postoffice address,is Box 22.Renunciation by Irene Holloway,

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ANNA HUCHKO
I,A~NA HUCHKO,a resident of Calumet Township,Lake County,
Indiana,and formerly a resident of Donora,Pennsylvania,declare
that I am a widow and of sound and disposing mind and memory and
desiring to dispose of my property,do make,pUblish and declare
this to be my last will and testament,hereby expressly revoking
all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.I do declare
that I am not acting under duress,menace,fraud or the undue in-
fluence of any person whomsoever.
I.
I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses and the ex-
penses of my last illness and the expenses of the administration
of my estate be paid out of my estate as soon after my death as
shall by my executors hereinafter named,be found convenient.
II.
I hereby direct that the real estate now owned by me and lo-
cated in Donora,Pennsylvania~shall be sold by my executors and
that the net proceeds therefrom be divided among my beloved three
daughters and one son,MRS.IRENE HOLLOWAY of Calumet Township,
Lake County,Indiana,MRS.ANNA LUPORI,of Calumet Township,Lake
County,Indiana,LUCY BUCHKO,of Donora,Pennsylvania,and JOHN
HUCHKO,of Donora,Pennsylvania,share and share alike.
III.
All the rest,res~due and remainder of my estate and propert
real,personal:·~or mixed,of every kind and nature whatsoever and
wherever the same may be situated,shall be divided among the
aforenamed children,share and share alike.
IV.
I further direct that the money now tn the Postal Savings in
the name of LUCY BUCHKO shall remain heresole property.

HOLLOWAY,joint executors of this my last will and testament.

ESTATE OF ANNA HUCHKO
Comes now Irene alloway and presents to the court an
instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and testament
of said decedent and offers the same for probate.
The Court haVing heard the testimony of W.H.Van Trease
and Myrtle D.Van Trease two of the subscribing witnesses now finds
that said instrument in writing is the last will and testament of
said decedent,~nd t at saud decedent was at the time of the execu-
tion of said instrument of disposing mind and memory and under no
legal testraint \hatsoever,and that sald hnstrument should be
admitted to probate as the last will.and testament of said.decedent.
rt is thereupon by the court ordered that said instrument
in writing is the ~t will And testament of Anna Huchko deceased,
and that the same be and is now admitted to probate as the lact
will and testament of said decedent and is recorded as such in the
Will records of this court.
Comes now John Huchko and files his renunciation as
executor and said Irene Holloway is a~pointed sole executrix,
which renunciation is in these words (inse ·t),and bond is fixed
in the sum of 100.00 until fur~her order of court.
