STATE OF ARKANSAS COUNTY OF GARLAND ) SSe ) Before me,the undersigned authority,personally came C.FLOYD HUFF,Jr.,who,being duly sworn according to law,deposes and says that John G.Chambon,a resident of Hot Springs,Garland County,Arkansas (formerly of McDonald, Pennsylvania)died August 31,1945,testate,·and that letters of administration,with the Will annexed~were issued by the Probate Court of Garland County,Arkansas,to the affiant on October 3,1945,and that he is the duly qualified and acting Administrator,with the Will annexed,of such estate;that the said John G.Chambon had,at the date of his death,on deposit in The First National Bank of McDonald,Pa.,the sum ~{:<f3of$7(o!"r -,which the affiant,as such Administrator, with the Will annexed,desires to withdraw from the said Bank;that the said decedent was not indebted to any person in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,and the proposed with- drawal and removal of the said deposit is not for the purpose of removing property beyond the knowledge of any creditor in the Commonwealth of pennSY1V~ ~ Administra or,with the Will ann xed, of the Estate of John G.Chambon, Sworn to and subscribed before me the day of tPik4Y ,1945. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I,John G.Chambon,formerly of McDonald,Pennsylvania, but now a resident of Hot Springs,Garland County,Arkansas,and being of sound and disposing mind and memory,and realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death,do hereby make, publish,and deolare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all other Wills or Codicils heretofore made by me at any time. FIRST:I commend my immortal spirit to the God who gave it, and consign my mortal body to the earth from which it came. SECOND:I hereby .ominate and appoint the Arkansas Trust Company of.Hot Springs,Garland County,Arkansas,to be Executor .2.!this,my Last Will and Testament. THIRD:I direct that my Executor hereinabove named shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my demise as is practicable. FOURTH:I give,devise,and bequeath unto my old friend, Frecky E.Couderc of McDonald,Pennsylvania,the sum of Three Hundred Dollars (j300.00)in cash,my automobile,outboard motor, fishing rods and tackle,and row,boat. FIFl'H:I give,devise,and bequeath in fee and fee simple unto my brother,E.M.Chambon,of McDonald,Pennsylvania,my library, including all books and bookcases. SIXTH:I give,devise,and bequeath in fee and fee simple unto my old friend and the manager of my business at McDonald,Pennsylvania, J .A.Brockmyer,all the furnishings,furniture,and fixtures now situated.at number 106 West Barr street in McDonald,Pennsylvania, which consists of bowling alley and pool room equipment,fUrnishings, and furniture now located and being use~,on said premises.' . SEVENTH:I direct that my Executor hereinbefore named shall convert all the other assets of my estate not heretofore specifically bequeathed into cash as soon after my demise as is practicable. c • EIGHTH:After the Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)above mentioned has been paid to the above named Frecky E.Couderc as above set out,and all my just debts and funeral expenses have been paid,then I direct that the residue and remainder of my estate after it bas been converted into cash be divided into eighteen (18)equal shares,which I give,devise,and bequeath unto the following: My niece,Mrs.A.V.Campbell,of Miami,Florida, ·one (1)share. My nepnew,Louis F.Valentour,of McDonald, Pennsylvania,one (1)share. My niece,-Miss Cora Belle Chambon,of McDonald, Pennsylvania,two (2)shares.
