The Meriden Trust and Sefe Deposit Company by Harry H.Smith,
Treasurer,being duly sworn deposes ~nd says that it is the executor
of the e sta,te of Augusta J.Boone who died December 11,1939,a
resident of Meriden,County of New Haven,St,ate of Connecticut.
That deponent desires to collect income upon,and to assign
or transfer any and all loans,stocks,bonds or mortgages or enter
satisfaction of any such mortgaGes as may belong to or stand in
the n8~e of the decedent located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
That decedent is not indebted to any person in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania,and thet the proposed transfer,assignment,receipt,
entry of satisfaction,\'rithdravral of agency a.ccount or moneys is not
made for the purpose of removing any assets of said decedent beyond
the reach of any of the creditors in the CO~1onwealth of Pennsylvania.
