I,DONALD DARROCH,of Bentleyville Borough,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and declare this my last
will and testament:
1.All of my just debts and expenses shall be paid as
soon after my decease as convenient.
2.All of my real estate I devise and bequeath to my
son,Donald B.Darroch.
3.One-half of all the residue I devise and bequeath
to my son,Donald B.Darroch.One-fourth of the residue I devise
and bequeath to my sister,Bella Butler,of Toronto,Canada.Out
of the remaining one-fourth I devise One Hundred and No/IOO
($100.00)Dollars in cash to each of the following charities to
do with as the proper officers thereof see fit:
(a)The Methodist Church of Bentleyville
(b)Union Holiness Camp Meeting Association at
Bentleyville
(c)The Salvation Army.
4.If there is anything remaining of the said final
one-fourth,it shall also go to my son,Donald B.Darroch and I
appoint him executor of this Will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 12th day of April,1961.
