LAST WILL AND TEST~ffiNT
OF
AGNES J.CHAu~RS.
I,AG~~S J.CHALMERS,of 356 Valley Street,
McDonald,Pennsylvania,do make and publish this my
last will and testament,hereby revoking any and all
former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts
and funeral expenses be paid by my executrix hereinafter
named as soon as may be convenient after my death.
SECOND:Provided,and on condition that he
be living thirty days after my death,I give,devise
and bequeath at that time all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate to my beloved husband,T.W.Chalmers,
and I direct that no part of my estate shall vest in hlin,
nor shall he have any right thereto unless he is liVing
at that time,to wit:thirty days after my death.
THIRD:Should my husband,T.W.Chalmers,
not be living thirty days after my death,then and in
that event I give,devise and bequeath my estate to my
four children,Phyllis Chalmers,Bessie Chalmers,Lenora
Chalmers and Althea Chalmers,to be equally divided among
them,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I constitute and appoint my said

daughter,Bessie Chalmers,executrix of this my last
will and testament.
