FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex- penses be paid as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. FIFTH:I give and beQueath to MRS.ERNEST MERRILL a picture on the back of which I have identified it for her. (c)Five (5%)Per Centum thereof to the METHODIST EPISCOPAL HOSPITAL &HOME FOR THE AGED,formerly knovvTI.as the Ha.milton Home for the Aged,South Hills Branch Post Office,Pittsburgh,Pennsyl- vania,as a memorial to my mother,Elizabeth Lyon. (d)Ten (10%)Per Centum to my brother,WILLIAM SHEP~AN LYON. (e)Five (5%)Per Centum thereof to my great-nephew,RALPH MARSHALL,to be used by him in defraying the expenses of his edu- cation.
