In the Name of God"Amen.Knowing the uncertainty of life and
the certainty of death therefore I,Gottlieb Eisenbeis,of the
City of Allegheny and state of Pennsylvania,being in good health
of body and disposing mind and memory,do make do make and declare
this to be my last will and testament.
First.I order all my just debts to be paid.
Second.I give to my son Henry G.Eisenbeis,my watch.
Third.I give and bequeth to my beloved wife Eliza Eisenbeis.all my estate personal and mixed,of whatever kind I leave.In
the event of her death during the minority of any of my beloved
children the property of whatever kind to be divided share and
share alike to all surviving children each in tUTn to receive
their respective amounts as they arrive of age,
Fourth.My business to be carried on or closed at the discressiop
of my beloved wife and the executor of this my last will and tes-
tament.

Got tlieb Eisenbeis being of Bound mind and memory,hereby make
a change in my last will and testament dated May the 24th,1881.
The change I desire is that my friend and brother-in-law,Nicolas
H.iToegtly act as my executor of this my last will will and tes-
tament as dated above May 24th~1881,in place of G.A.Steiner
as named in clause No.5 Also as 8uardian of minor children.
I also desire that my minor children Ella Marie Eisenbeis and
Rubie Ze11a Eisenbeis shall have the same advantage of eduoation
.until of age
also clothing and boarding out of the general Fund v~z that the
others had,this expense not to be deduoted from their share of
the estate as it is my desire that all shall share alike.
