LAST WILL and TESTAMENT.
I,W.E.HORNER,of South Strabane Township,(R.D.#2,Wash-
ington,Penna.;),Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make publish
and declare this to be my last will andtestament.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as conveniently may be done after my death.
2.The house and lot situated at No.930 Summerlea Avenue,
Washington,Penna.,shall be converted into cash by my Executrix at
her discretion,for such ~rice and upon such terms and at such time,
as seems best in her jUdgment;the proceeds'shall be invested and
the income thereform shall be paid"to my daughter,Mrs.Lena Renko,
during her lifetime;at her death,the principal shall go absolutely
to her son Roger Renko.
3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I giv ,
devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Muriel Horner,absolutely.
4.I appoint my said daughter Muriel to be Executrix of
this my laSt will and testament.
