Know all men by these prp.sents that I George L.Hibbs of the
Township of Doylestown County of Bucks and State of Pennsylvania
being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish
this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void
any and all wills by me at anytime heretofore made
First I direct my hereinafter named executor to pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease.
Item,I do give devise and beoueath unto my beloved wife Quinn
D.Hibbs all my estate whether Real personal or mixed of whatever
nature or whereever situated to her and her heirs forever.
And lastly I do nominate constitute my beloved wife Quinn B.
Hibbs,Josiah V."Thompson and William G.Laidley of Uniontown
co Executors of this my last will and testament,Hereby giving
and granting unto my said Executor full and entire power to sell
and convey any real Estate of which I may die seized to any
purchasers thereof,in fee simple the same as I could do if
living.
