LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JAMES M.DOUGLAS,of Peters Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be
my last will and testament,hereby revoking any and all wills
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter appointed,
to pay all of my just debts,including my funeral bill,as
soon as it is reasonably convenient to pay the same.
SECOND:The rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,I give devise and bequeath to my
sister,Florence D.Philips,absolutely.
THIRD:In the event that my said sister should pre-
decease me,I give,devise and bequeath the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,to my name-
sake,James William Dykstra of 905 Pike Street,Houston,
Pennsylvania,absolutely.
I appoint my attorney,G.Ashton Brownlee,as Execut r
of this will.
