I,CLAIR C.DAVIS,also known as,C.C.DAVIS,of
Donegal Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind and memory,do hereby declare this to be my last
will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me
heretofore made.
FIRST:It is my will that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be fully paid as soon as conveniently may be done after
my decease.
SMGOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatever kind and wheresoever
situate,I give,devise,and bequeath all to my wife Gertrude
H.Davis.
THIRE:I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,Gertrude
H.Davis,of Donegal Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I hereby set my hand and seal,
