I· i ••• LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I,RACHAEL L.CRAIG,of the Borough of Claysville, Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made: FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my death. SECOND:To my granddaughter and namesake,Raehael Craig Love,I give,devise and bequeath the sum of Thre.e Hun- dred Dollars ($300.00).I further direct that this sum be paid intact without deductions and direct that all tax,of whatever nature,on this bequest shall be paid out of my residuary estate. THIRD:To each of my grandchildren,William R.Craig Junior,Thomas A.Craig,Adam Weir Craig,Helen C.Graves, (children of my son,William R.Craig Senior),Irene Craig Wilson,(daughter of my son,Clarence Craig),and Ronald S. Craig,I give,devise,and bequeath the sum of Fifty Dollars {$50~.)or a total of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)to the six of them.I further direct that these legacies be paid intact without deductions and direct that all tax,of whatever nature,on these legacies shall be paid out of my residuary estate. FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my estate,real, personal or mixed,and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to William R.Craig,Clarence A.Craig,and Ronald S.Craig,being my two sons,and grandson,respectively, share and share alike.It is my desire,however,and I further direct that my son,Clarence A.Craig,is to have the privilege and right to take my house and lot located on Church Street in the Borough of Claysville,Pennsylvania, at a valuation or .price of Four Thousand ($4,000.00)Dollars. • If my son,Clarence A.Craig,should exercise this privilege and right and elect to take said real estate at said valuation, I direct that this Will shall suffice to give him good title in fee 8~ple to said real estate and further direct that said valuation at which he takes said real estate in accordance with the terms or this Will shall be taken on account of and be deducted from his one-third interest in my residuary estate. If said valuation exceeds the one-third interest of my residuary estate given said Clarence A.Craig by the first sentence of the "FOURTH"provision of this Will,I direct that he shall pay within one year after the date of my death to my Executors and into my estate the amount by which said valuation exceeds his one-third interest in my residuary estate. AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my sons,William R.Craig and Clarence A.Craig,Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
