LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I,JOHN M,DONALDSON,of 124 South Wade Avenue,Borough of East Washington, Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the following as and for my Last ill and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made: FOOT:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as possible after my decease, SECOND:To my son,JAMES REID DONALDSON,I give,devise and bequeath my farm in Robinson and Hanover Townships,Washington County,Pennsylvania,containing about 210 Acres,which I value at the sum of $5,000,00 in the distribution of my estate,and in the event my son does not take the farm at said valuation I direct that the same shall be sold by my Executors,as hereinafter named,and the proceeds distributed as a part of my residuary estate. THIRD:To my daughter,MARGARET BIGGER DONALDSON,I give,devise and bequeath my residence at No,124 South Wade Avenue,Borough of East Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,which I value at $6,000.00 in the distribution of my estate; however,my wife,LAURA McILVAINE DON.AI.DSON,to have the right to use and occupy my home,or so much thereof as she may desire,jointly with my said daughter,during her lifetime,and my said daughter and my wife to bear the expense of the upkeep of said property equally;in the event,however,that my said daughter should not accept the property at the valuation which I have placed thereon,the same shall be sold at the death of my wife,Laura McIlvaine Donaldson,and the proceeds therefrom distributed as a part of my residuary estate, FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my estate,of whatsoever the same may consist and wheresoever the same may be located I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,LAURA McILVAINE DONALDSON,my son,JAMES REED DONALDSON,aIX1.my daughter,MARGA- RET BIGGER DONALDSON,share and share alike.
