WILL
I,Dorothy alias Dora Jakob Brouwer,of The Borough of Houston,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,bemg of sound mind and melnory and understand-
ing do make and publish this my last will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct that my fmneral expenses be paid as soon as possible
after my decease.~hat I am to be buried beside my husband in Oak
Springs Cemetery and a suitable marKe~placed at my grave.
Second.All my personaly property I give and bequeath to my son,
Richard D.Brouwer,to my daughter-in-law Anna Vernet Brouwer and to
my two grand children,Dickey James Brouwer and uorothy Jean Brouwer,
share and share alike,that is one-fourth each.Howwver,the shares
that is to be the property of my grand cnildren is to be paid over to
my daughter-in-law,intrust,for my two grand children aforesaid named,
until they arrive at the age of twenty-one years.The interest on said
trust funds can be used for the use of the grandchildren each year,if
the mother (Anna Vernet Brouwer)sees fit,otherwise..the.interest is to
be added yearly to their estate.
Third.I hereby make,consitute and appoint my friend,Mrs Erwin
Cummins,my executor of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,'I,Dorothy alias Dora Jakob Brouwer,the Testator
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my deal,this
26th day of IJovember in the year of our Lord one thou~and nine hundred
and thirty seven.
