I,Walter B.Hawthorn of Millsboro,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,
pUblish and declare this my last will and testament,hereby re-
voking all former wills by me made.
(l)I direct my executr1x to pay my just debts and funeral ex-
penses.
(2)I give,devise and bequeath to my wife Kate Hawthorn,all the
rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real and personal,what-
soever and wheresoever.
(3)I appoint my wife Kate Hawthorn executrix of this my last will
and testament.
