LAST WI LL AND TESTAMENT
I,DELLA M.DAVIS,a widow of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind and memory,do on this,the 30th day o~January,1963,hereby
make,publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and
Testamenct..
1.I hereby revoke any and all Wills,Testaments and
Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
2.I nominate and appoint my daughter LOIS D.BRUTOUT,.
to be the Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament and I
direct that she be permitted to serve without bond.
3.In the event that my Executrix aforenamed should be
unable to serve,or unable to complete the duties of her appoint-
ment,then I nominate and appoint my son,JAMES T.DAVIS,to be
the Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament and I direct
that he be permitted to serve without bond.
4.I direct that my Executrix promptly pay from out
of the proceeds of my estate,all of my just debts including
the expense of my funeral and the costs of administration.
5.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property
whether the same be real,personal or mixed,unto my Executrix and
I direct that she sell the same for the best obtainable price at
either private or public sale,and divide the proceeds equally
among my five chiIdren :GLORIA MAE DAVIS JONES,LOIS DAVIS
BRUTOUT,JAMES T.DAVIS,DANIEL A.DAVIS,JR.and LEE W.DAVIS.
6.In the event that any of my children aforenamed
should have predeceased me,then I give,devise and bequeath
his,her or their share or shares to the surviving children of
deceased child.
IN WITNESS whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 30th day of January,1963.
