.I,R.LEE CARTER,of Mt.Pleasant Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and disposing memory,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last WILL and
Testament hereby revoking and making null and void any other
Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.It is my will and I direct my Executor,herein-
after named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon as may be convenient after my decease.
2.I give,devise,and bequeath the home farm on
which I now live,consisting of One Hundred Thirty-four (134)
Acres more or less,together with all personal property situate
thereon,to my son,Glenn N.Carter.

3.I make no bequests to my sons,Clarence E.Carter,
and Alvin D.Carter,for the reason that I have taken care of
them during my lifetime,in that I have deeded to them the farms
on which they now live.
4.It is my will and I direct my son,Glenn N.Carter
that he shall provide a home for my wife on our home farm 80-
5.I hereby nominate,constitute,and appoint Glenn
N.Carter Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
