to me,and offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament of the said
Mary Mo ran Ermi re I deceased,and bearing date the 2nd day of

mind and memory,and considering the uncertainty of this
life)do make)publish and declare this to be my last Will
and Testament as follows,hereby revoking all other and
former Wills by me at any time made.
FIRST.After my lawful debts are paid,I give
and bequeath to my husband John T.Ermire all my property
real and personal that I now possess or may possess at the
time of my death.
I hereby appoint my husband John T.Ermlre
to be executor of this my last Will and Testament.

(a copy whereof is herennto annexed),was proved,and is now approved and allowed by us;and the
said deceased,having whilst living and immediately preceding,and at the time of her death,her
residence in L.I.City I in the said Connty of Queens,
by reason vvhereof the proving and registering of the said Will,and the granting adminis:ration of all
and singular the goods,chattels and credits of the said deceased,and also the auditing,allow_ng and final
