I,Thomas R.Bell,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understand1ng,do hereby make this my last Will and Testament,
and revoke all tetamentary papers by me heretofore made.
1.After the payment of just debts,if there be any residue,
I give and bequeath all such to my wife,Mary M.Bell,and to my
son,Howard C.Bell,to be divided between them in equal shares.
2.I name,constitute,and appoint my son,Howard C.Bell,
sole executor of.this my last Will and Testament,and lnv~'st him
with full legal powers to sell,transfer,and convey any p~t or
all of my property,at public or private sale,in order to settle
my estate.
