I,Kirk Haines,Widower,of Eldora,Carroll Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,in the manner and form following,
hereby revoking any will or wills made by me heretofore.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fUlly paid and satisfied,as soon after my demise as may
seem proper.
SEC01~:I do hereby will and bequeath unto my son Terry
Haines my one-half interest in the property that I own in
Eldora,Carroll Township,Pennsylvania,being Lot #14,upon
which there is erected~a two story frame building and a one
story frame buildir~and other outbuildings and the other one-
half interest is to go to my daughter Hazel Haines Coar and the
war bonds that I have are to be turned over to my daughter
Fazel and any other real estate,personal or mixed property
wheresoever found is to be divided between Terry my son and
Hazel my daughter share and share alike.
THIRD:I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my son,
Terry Haines and my d8ughter Hazel Haines Coar,my sole executor
and executrix of this my Last Will a nd Testament
