I,ANTHONY DOBRINSKI,a resident or Van Voorhis,Fallow-
rield Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being or sound
mind and memory,hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as
all instruments or a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,
and do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will an
Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Executor,hereinafter
named,as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND:I give and devise to my son,ANTHONY DOBRINSKI
JR.,of Van Voorhis,Fallowrield Township,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,all that certain lot or piece of ground situate
field Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,known as Lot Num-
ber Eight (8)or The Valley Camp Coal Company's Plan of Soudan,
said Plan being of record in the Recorder's Office or Washington
County,Pennsylvania,in Plan Book 7,pages 14 and 15,and upon
hich is erected the dwelling house in which I now reside.Should
son,ANTHONY DOBRINSKI,JR.,predecease me,I then give and de-
vise the above described real estate to my children who may be liv-
ing at the time of my decease,in equal shares.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
roperty,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my sons,FRANK and JOHN,both or Van Voorhis
Fallowfield Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and to my..
daughters,JULIA,of Cokeburg Junction,Washington County,Pennsyl-
ania,and ANNIE,of Van Voorhis,Fallowfield Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,their heirs and assigns,in equal shares.

son,ANTHONY DOBRINSKI,JR.,as the Executor of this,my Last Will
and Testament.
