named to pay all my debts and funeral expenses as
soon as possible after my death.

survive me.If he does not survive me,I give and

survive me.If she does not survive me,I give and
b~queath the same to the persons who would be entitled
to receive my personal property if I were to die in-
testate and a resident of the State of New York.
SIXTH:All the rest,'residue and remainder
of my property of whatever kind and character,and
wheresoever situated,I dispose of as follows:
1.If my wife,MARGARET LADEN CAMERON,
survive me,I give,devise and bequeath said rest,
residue and remainder of my property to my Trustee,
hereinafter named,IN TRUST,nevertheless,for the
uses and purposes and upon the terms and conditions
hereinafter set forth.
My Trustee shall hold,manage,invest and
reinvest such property,and shall collect the income
therefrom and after defraying the expenses incurred
in the administration of the trust,shall pay over
the net income to my wife,MARGARET LADEN CAMERON,in Buch
frequent instalments as shall be convenient and prac-
ticable.Upon her deat~,or if she shall remarry
and if at the date of her remarriage any of my children

living,the principal of the trust fund shall be
divided into as many parts as there are children of
mine then living and children of mine who have died
but have left issue then surviving,and one such part
shall be paid over to each such living child and to

their parent would have taken if he or she were then

his or her attaining the age of twenty-one (21)years,
whereafter all the income from such part shall be paid

liberally but also with regard for the preservation of
the corpus of my trust estate.
5.I hereby direct that no holder of any bene-
ficial interest under this Will or any trust created hereby
shall have any power of alienation or anticipation with
respect thereto,nor shall the holder Gf any remainder
interest have the power to assign,transfer;alienate
or anticipate such remainder prior to its becoming vested
in possession,it being my intent that every beneficial

interest hereunder shall constitute a "Spendthrift
Trust"and that every remainder interest prior to its
becoming vested in possession,shall not be assignable;
transferable,alienable,or subject to anticipation,
in so far as the law permits.
SEVENTH:My Executor or Executors and my
Trustee may continue to hold any property or securities
originally received by them so long as the retention
thereof shall.be considered advisable,regardless of whether
such property or securitles are a legal investment for
trust funds.
My Executor or.Executors and Trustee shall be
authorized and have the power to sell or exchange any
such securities or property,and to invest and reinvest
the proceeds,and any other cash at any time standing
to the credit of the principal of my estate or any trust
established by this Will,in securities t~t are legal
investments for trust funds under the laws of New York.
,My Trustee shall have full discretionary power
in respect to any real property or interest therein that

it be bound to see to the application of the proceeds
of the money paid.The power to sell,lease,mortgage
and exchange herein granted shall extend to any real

be exercised by my Trustee during the minority of
such infant.
EIGHTH:If my Trustee shall purchase or
otherwise acquire bonds or other securities at a
premium,it shall not be required to deduct from the
income therefrom any sum for the amortization of such
premium,but may pay over to the beneficiary the full
income therefrom.Any dividend received by my.Trustee
on shares of stock held by it,payable 1n shares or
assets of the distributing corporation>or concern,•
or in securities of any other corporation or concern,
shall be held by said Trustee as a part of the principal
of the trust and shall not be distributed,in whole or
in part,as income.My Trustee may exercise rights to
subscribe attributable to shares of stock held by it,
or may sell and dispose of such rights,and the shares
