I,CORA W.M.BARTLETT,of the City of Washington, Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understandi~g,do hereby make and pUblish the following Codicil to my Last Will and Testament,dated February 15,1933,and executed by me on the same date in the presence of Mabel E.Trower and C.L.V.Acheson. First:-I am,at the present time,the o,vner of 127 shares of stock of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company.I giva and bequeath to my sister,Nellie W.Mason,50 shares of said Railroad Company stock.I give ro1d bequeath to my niece,Hallie Berdo Hull, 50 shares of said Railroad Company stock.I give and bequeath to my Sister,Charity Wright Berdo,27 shares of said Railroad Company stock.If my said sister,Charity Wright Berdo,is dead at the time of my decease,then I give and bequeath said ~7 shares of said Railroad Company stock to her daughter,Catharine Berdo Null.If I have disposed of any shares of said stock prior to the time of my decease,then and in that event I direct that such shares of said Railroad Company stock as are owned by me.at the time of my death shall go to the persons above named and in the proportions above set forth. Third:-Under the terms of my said will,dated February 15,1933,title to all real estate of which I may die sei~ed will vest in my husband,Clark T.Bartlett.If my said husband has not sold or conveyed said real estate prior to his death,then I request him to so dispose of such real estate by his Last Will and Testament that my sister,Charity Wright Berdo,my sister,Virginia B.Wright,my sister,Nellie W.Mason and my sister-in-law,Dora Martin Patterson,may share in such real estate in such proportions,shares or interests as to my said husband may seem proper.If my sister,Charity Wright Berdo,should die prior to the death of my husband,I request my husband to give to Hallie Berdo Hull and Catharine Berdo Null,daughters of the said Charity Wright Berdo,such share or interest in said real estate as he would have given to their mother,Charity Wright Berdo,if she had survived my said husband. If my sister,Nellie W.Mason,should die prior to the death of my said husband,I request my husband to give to Mabel Mason Quail,daughter of my sister,Nellie W.Mason,such share or interest in said real estate as he would have given to her mother if she had survived my said husband.If my sister,Nellie W.
