of lots known as Buelah Park,Versailles Township,Allegheny County,
Pennsylvania;vacant lot No.157 in Murray Place Plan of Lots,Third
Ward of the City of Uniontown,Fayette County,Pennsylvania;an un-
divided interest equivalent to about 600 acres of coal,situate in
Washington and Greene Counties,Pennsylvania.
THEREFORE,the said Lucy M.Hertzog whose P.O.Address
is 77 Highland Avenue,Uniontom,Fayette'County,Pennsylvania
respectfully applies for Probate of the said Last Will and Testament,and for Letters Testamentary thereon.

I,D.M.Hertzog,of the City of Uniontown,Fayette
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and publish this as and
for my last will and testament,as follows;
I give and devise to Mary Ellen Warman one half of
all the coal that I own in Greene and Washington Counties
and I request that her father and his broth&r GUy shall keep
the taxes paid on it until such time as it shall become valuable.
All the rest and residue of my property of every kind
whatsoever and wherever situate,I give to my niece,Lucy M.
Hertzog and appoint her executrix of this my Will.
Witness my hand and seal this 27th day of November,
1934.
