LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF CARRIE W.BEDILLION
I,Carrie 'f.Bedillion,a resident of the Borough of
Houston,Washington County,~ennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testamen ,
hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
Item I.I direct that all my just debts and funera
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenien •
Item II.I do hereby give,devise and bequeath the
sum of Fifteen hundred ($1500.00)Dollars to my nephew,Villiam P.
~elsh;the sum of Five hundred ($500.00)Dollars to my brother,
Linus Welsh;the sum of Five hundred ($500.00)Dollars to my sister
in-law,Grace F.welsh;the sum of Two hundred fifty ($250.00)Doll rs
to my sister-in-law,Frances Morgan;the sum of Two hundred fifty
($250.00)Dollars to my niece,Nova Marquis.
Item III.I do hereby give,devise and bequeath the
valnut bedroom suite which belonged to my daughter,Heloise,to
Janda Marquis;the walnut bedroom suite belonging to me to Miriam
Welsh;my piano to the children of Edison ~elsh;my living room
suite and the desk which belonged to my daughter,Heloise,to
Frances Morgan;my wicker suite,electric roaster,radio in living
room,and my Grandfather I s dresser in the attic to Irene ';'elsh;my
sewing machine and radio in kitchen to Nova Marquis;my dining room
suite and my Motbsr's dresser in attic to Agnes Welsh;and my
radio upstairs to Chartiers Township High School.
Item IV.I give,devise and bequeath all of my
household goods and personal belongings not hereinbefore specifical y
designated to Mrs.Frances Morgan,Mrs.Edison Nelsh,Mrs.Irene
Welsh,and Mrs.Nova Marquis to be divided among.them in such manne
as they may themselves determine.

Item V.I hereby direct that my executor hereinaft r
named shall sell,either at public or private sale,any real estate
of which I may die seized and I do hereby authorize,direct and
empower him to make,execute and deliver good and sufficient deed
or deeds therefore.
Item VI.I do hereby give,devise and bequeath all
the rest,residue and remainder of my estate to Edison Welsh,~illi
Welsh,Sr.,Joseph Welsh,Donald Welsh,and Jimmie Welsh,share
and share alike.
Item VII.I direct my executor hereinafter named to
pay all inheritance,estate,succession and legacy taxes to which
my estate,or the transfer of my property hereunder may be subject
and to charge such taxes as a part of the expense of administration
Item VIII.I do hereby nominate and appoint Edison
Welsh as the executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN \NITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand to
this my Last Will and Testament this ~day of March,A.D.1940
This instrument consisting of two typewritten pages
and signed by Carrie W.Bedillion,was by her on the date hereof
signed,published and declared by her to be her Last Will and
Testament,in our presence,who at ber request and in her presence
and in the presence of each other,we believing her to be of sound
and disposing mind and memory have hAreunto subscribed our names
as witnesses.
