LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,TONY DONATI,also known as ANTONIO DONATI,of
Jefferson Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revokin
and making void any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.All of my estate,real,personal and mixed,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my wife,Madalena Donati,providing only
she is living thirty days after my death.
2.If my said wife is not living thirty days after
my death,I then give,devise and bequeath all of my estate
real and personal,absolutely and share and share alike,unto nine
of my children,namely,John Donati,William Donati,Kathryn D.
Carroll,August Donati,James Donati,Margaret D.Froats,Arthur
Donati,Virginia D.Madison and Mary D.Tepsic.
3.I hereby appoint two of my sons,William Donati and
Arthur Donati as Executors of my estate.
