I,JAMES S.DUFF,of Eighty-Four,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking
any Will or Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid
and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND:All of my estate,real,personal and mixed,I give,devise
and bequeath to my wife,Virginia H.Duff,absolutely.
THIRD:In the event,however,that my wife,Virginia H.Duff,does not
survive me.then I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate.real,personal
and mixed.to and among our two children,James H.Duff and Suzanne Duff.in
equal shares.share and share alike,subject,however.to the following
direction and trust,namely that each respective share shall be paid and dis-
tributed to Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,a corporation.Testa-
mentary Guardian for each of such children who at the time of my decease has
not attained the age of twenty-five (25)years.the same to be held in trust by
the said Testamentary Guardian for the use and benefit of the said child or
children until the said child or children attain the age of twenty-five (25)years.
During the period of such trust,the said Trustee or Testamentary Guardian
shall pay and distribute the income from the said trust and such part or portions
of the corpus thereof as in the sole discretion of the said Trustee or Testa-
mentary Guardian is reasonably necessary or convenient for the maintenance.

and undistributed income of said trust shall be paid and distributed to the said
child.
FOURTH:I name,constitute and appoint my wife,Virginia H.Duff,
Executrix of this my Last Will and Te stament.In the event,however,that my
wife,Virginia H.Duff,does not survive me,then I name,constitute and
appoint Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,a corporation,Executor of
this My Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st
day of November,1962.
