WILL OF ROBERT BAMFORD.
I,Robert Bamford,of Robinson Township,
•
IWashlng-
ton County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,pUblish and declare
the following to be my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct my executors hereinafter named
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as con-
venient after my decease.
Second.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my wife,Jennie M.Bamford,for and during
the term of her natural life,to have and to hold the same with-
out bond.
Third.After the death of my said wife,I give,
devise and bequeath the two-thirds of my said estate to my
daughter,Sarah E.Bamford,and the one-third thereof to my
daughter,Martha G.Smith.
Fourth.As I have already given to my son,John
D.Bamford,what we regard as his fair share for his years of
faithful service,I am not giving him anything more under this
will.
Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint my
daughter,Sarah E.Bamford,and my son,John D.Bamford,to be
the Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
Witness my hand and seal this eleventh (11th)day
of 'ugust,1 g 3 6.
