HARRY J.BLOYER
I,Harry J.Bloyer,a resident of Denbo,Centerville
Borough,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind

and memory,do make,pUblish and declare this to be my last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills by me here-
tofore made.
Item I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
i expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
Item II.I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,
Violet Bloyer,during her natural life,my house and lot where we
now reside,located at Denbo,Centerville Borough,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and after her death I devise and bequeath
the same to my son,David H.Bloyer,and my daughter,Nellie
Wray Bloyer,in equal shares.
Item III.I give,devise and bequeath to Violet
Bloyer,my wife,as her absolute property,all of my personal
effects such as jewelry,household furniture and all other arti-
cles of domestic and personal use which I have not specifically
devised and bequeathed,and any automobile of mine that she may
desire to retain.
Item IV.I give,devise and bequeath to my son,
David H.Bloyer,my watch and chain.
Item V.I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,
Violet Bloyer,my diamond ring with the request that it be placed
in another setting suitable for her use.

Nellie Wray Bloyer,my Masonic and Knight Templar charm.
Item VII.I give,devise and bequeath to my mother,
I Nellie G.Bloyer,my diamond Shrine pin.
Item VIII.I give,devise and bequeath to my father,
David A.Bloyer,my diamond ciff links and diamond tie pin.
Item IX.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed of whatever nature and whereso-
ever situate which I may own or have the right to dispose of at
the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath to David A.
Bloyer and Violet Bloyer of Denbo,Centerville Borough,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS for the following
uses and purposes:-
1.To pay to my wife,Violet Bloyer,for the
maintenance and support of herself and our children,the sum of
One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars monthly.
2.Upon the decease of my wife,the then trust
fund shall be paid over share and share alike to my children,but
Ino principal shall be paid to any child until he or she has at-
\tained the age of twenty-one years.The income from such share
shall be paid to,or for the use of such child in the meantime.
3.The surviving child of any deceased child of
I mine shall take the same share of income and of principal and at
I the same dates as the deceased child would have received such in-
come and principal if living.
4.Should my wife survive all of our children and
all surviving issue thereof,then upon her decease one-half of the
then trust fund shall be paid over by the trustees to such per-
sons or parties and in such proportions and subject to such

conditions as she may appoint by her last Will and Testament,
which shall be offered for probate in the jurisdiction of her last
domicile within six months after her decease,which power of
appointment is hereby granted,and should she fail to exercise
such power of appointment,then this half together with the other
one-half of such trust fund shall be paid over to my then living
heirs at law as such heirs may be determined by the laws of the
state of Pennsylvania in force at the time of my decease.
5.It is my intention to provide herein equally
for my present children,David H.Bloyer and Nellie Wray Bloyer,
both as to income as well as principal.The trustees,in making
distribution of either income or principal,shall make it in such
amounts as to secure substantial equality between them in respect
to the income then being distributed and in respect to the total
of principal then and heretofore received by each beneficiary.
6.The trustees shall hold and manage the pro-
perty as a trust fund,invest and reinvest the same in such loans,
stocks,bonds,securities and real estate as they may deem proper
and suitable for the investment of trust funds without being re-
stricted to a class of investments which trustees are or may here-
after be permitted by law to make.The trustees are granted full
power to retain,sell,lease,mortgage,exchange or otherwise dis-
pose of any or all of the property in the trust fund as they may
deem proper.They may employ counsel and other agents in the dis-
charge of their duties and determine and pay to them reasonable
compensation.
7.The trustees,in making distribution of
principal hereof,may do so in money,securities or other property
and the jUdgment of the trustees as to what shall constitute a

real and proper division or an apportionment among beneficiaries
I shall be binding and conclusive on all parties.
8.The trustees shall have exclusive power to
determine whether or not money or property coming into its pos-
session shall be treated as principal or income and to charge or
apportion expenses or losses to principal or income according as
they may deem just and equitable.
9.The trustees,in the exercise of their dis-
cretion and upon the written request of my wife or the guardian of
any of my children in the event of my wife's death,shall have the
right to withdraw installments of principal and pay them over to
her or said guardian from time to time for the maintenance,com-
fort and general welfare of herself and my minor children and for
the education of any of my children under the age of twenty-three
years.The necessity and propriety of such withdrawals and the
amount thereof shall be determined by the trustees and their
determination shall be final.
Item X.I direct that all interest,dividends and
other income accrued and accruing and not collected upon my pro-
perty passing to the trustees at the time the trust is established
s~all be treated as income by the trustees when collected by them.
Item XI.I direct my executors to pay all inheritance,
estate,succession and legacy and personal property taxes to which
my estate or the transfer of any property hereunder may be sUbject
\and to charge such taxes as a part of the expenses of
administration.
Item XII.This Will has been carefully planned by me
and it is my deliberate judgment that all of its provisions are
wise and just and that the plan as a whole will prove beneficial

and satisfactory to my wife and family.It is therefore my desire
that my wife assent to this Will and cooperate with the plan which
I am confident will work to the advantage and welfare of herself
and of the family as a whole.
Item XIII.I do hereby declare that the foregoing pro-
I visions in favor of my wife are intended to be in lieu of any and I
11~all rights of dower,distributive share,widow's allowance or
I hereby nominate and appoint David A.Item XIV.
Bloyer,my father,and Violet Bloyer,my Wife,as the executors of
this my last Will and Testament and as trustees hereunder,and I
II other interests or right in my estate.'I

do direct that no bond shall be required of such executors or
trustees hereunder.My said executors shall have full power at
their discretion to do any and all things necessary for the com-
plete administration of my estate,including the power to sell at
public or private sale and without Order of Court any real or per-
sonal property belonging to my estate,and to compound,compromise
or otherwise to settle or adjust any and all claims,charges,
debts and demands whatsoever against or in favor of my estate as
fully as I could do if living.
Item XV.I request that,in the event their services
are available to the executors hereunder,the Law Firm of
Burchinal &Hart be retained as attorneys in the administration
of my estate because of their familiarity with my affairs.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and SeR-

This instrument consisting of five pages was by Harry J
Bloyer,on the date hereof,signed,published and declared by him
to be his last Will and Testament in our presence who,at his re-
quest and in his presence and in the presence of each other,we
believing him to be of sound and disposing mind and memory,have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
