I,GUY R.DAY,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any other Will or
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
~I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate I give,devise and bequeath
to my daughter,Louise Day Anthony.Of the sixty (60)shares of
the capital stock of Observer Publishing Company registered in my
name thirty (30)belong to me outright and thirty (30)are held in
trust under an agreement of trust made with my mother,Bessie C.Day,
in 1944,under which I was to retain the voting rights in said stock
during the term of said trust and at the termination said thirty (30)
shares were to be distributed,fifteen (15)shares to Elizabeth C.
Day and fifteen (15)shares to John Day and said thirty (30)shares
so held in trust are therefore not a part of my estate but vest in
my sister,Elizabeth C.Day and -the estate of my brother,John Day,
fifteen shares to each.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,Louise
Day Anthony to be Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and
direct that no bond shall be required of her.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this l:l~day of C?~,1962.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above named
Guy R.Day as and for his Last Will and Testament,in the presence of
us,who have hereunto subsc~ibed our names at his request as witnesses
thereto in the presence of the said other.
