Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my
Executors out of my Estate.

he wanted out of the shop and also because his finances are such that he doe

neIXlew,John W.McNulty,Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

I hereby revoke the provision in Paragraph 5 of my Will wherein the
residue of my estate is to be divided per stirpes and not per capita and I
further direct that the said Paragraph 5 shall read so that the division of
my residue estate shall be per Capita and not per stirpes to the parties
referred to therein.
