I,S.P.Curry
of Hanover Township ,County of Washington
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my ;ust debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND:I direot and order nw Exeoutor to oonvert my estate into oash when
and at suah time or times as he in his judgment oonsiders best f0r
all conoerned and to make,execube and deliver deeds of oonveyanoe
if neoessary.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to rrry daughter,Margaret B.Aten,five hundred
($500.00)dollars,also all of my household and kitchen furnishings
and furniture.
FOtJRTH:I give and bequeath to rrry said daughter,Margaret B.Aten the one-
eighth (l/S)of the remainder of my estate and a like wmount to
each of rrry following named children:Helen MoCormick,Olive Shawver,
Robert P.Curry,John D.Curry,with the exception of Albert G.Curry
who is to receiva tvro-eighths (2/8).
FIFTH:I give and bequeath to Margaret Stiffler and Wilfred Stiffler (ohildren
of my deceased daughter,Lyda Stiffler)the remaining one-eighth (1/8
of my estate,eaoh to share alike.
